  • We partner with the best professional vendors in your region in Canada (check out “Our brands & vendors” page on the menu). We select their most beautiful pieces and make them available to you online. Each item posted on NOUWAY is lovingly selected and verified by our team of vintage enthusiasts, for its quality and style, but always at an affordable price.

  • 2. Why did you create NOUWAY? 🌎
  • Fashion is one of the most polluting industries in the world. It’s therefore more than ever time to rethink the way we consume and put an end to “disposable fashion”. We were looking for quality, style and eco-responsibility, but without breaking the bank. The second-hand seemed obvious, but it's still often reserved for insiders, because digging is an art, and you need patience, time and a keen eye. NOUWAY was born to provide a simple, fun and reliable solution. We wanted to include toys, decoration and furniture in our offer in order to provide a complete collection of durable objects for everyday life.

  • 3. What makes you a sustainable marketplace? ♻️
  • At NOUWAY, eco-responsibility is at the heart of everything we do on a daily basis. Not everything is perfect but we are doing our best to preserve the planet. We offer our services only in Canada to maintain a short postal process. We use recycled and compostable packaging and business cards. By the way, we invite you to reuse them. You could reuse the business card as a bookmark for instance. 

  • 4. What types of items will I find on NOUWAY? 👕👙🛋️🧢🧸
  • Articles for adults, children and for the home. Ready-to-wear, accessories, furniture, decoration and toys. More than ordinary items, these pieces have a little “je ne sais quoi” that we hope will make you fall in love with them a second time, maybe you will love them even twice as much. We want our pieces to become your favorite items. When we buy a piece of good quality, which creates this little spark, which makes us feel unique, we take care of it, we respect it, we pass it on to future generations.

  • 5. What does NOUWAY mean? 💛
  • Out of love for her French culture and her English adopted culture, Ness the founder of NOUWAY wanted to give her concept a name that was easy to pronounce and worthy of meaning in the two languages dear to her heart. NOUWAY is a happy mix between “nous” (“we” in French) and “way”. By the way, if you hadn't noticed, our site is bilingual! You can change the language at any time, find the button at the bottom of your screen on mobile, at the top for desktop.

  • Yes! NOUWAY INC. has been developed in Toronto, Canada. If you want to know more about us, go to the "Story" page of the menu. 

  • 7. How are the prices set? 👛
  • Our partner vendors freely set the price of their pieces on the basis of many criteria such as material, rarity, brand or condition. $25 This is the average price of a piece on NOUWAY. On each transaction, 80% of the price is paid to the vendor and the rest corresponds to the commission that NOUWAY retains to finance, among other things: the development of technological tools to improve your online shopping experience, the work done on each items before posting them on the website, the salaries of the team.

  • 8. What are your shipping conditions? 📫
  • We ship to Canada only. Furniture is only available for pick up in Toronto. Thank you for your understanding.

  • We do not accept returns as all items are sold "as is". However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us at hello@nouway.com within 7 days of receiving it for us to evaluate and find a solution.

  • 10. Do you offer refunds? 😕
  • Unfortunately not. However, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can make it right. To do so, contact us at hello@nouway.com  

  • 11. How do I get additional information about an item?
  • Do you want to know more about the size, condition or even get additional photos on a particular item? Contact us on the site Chat (bottom right of your screen on computer and mobile) or by email at hello@nouway.com

  • 12. Is it possible to try the item before purchase? ✌️
  • Unfortunately not. Our team is there to help you find the part you need, in your size.

  • 13. How to offer a gift card? 🎁
  • You can easily find our digital gift cards in our *SHOP* product gallery or if you type "gift" in the search bar 🔍. Then, choose the amount of the card from $10 to $100 and write a message to insert if you want. Once ordered, the card will be emailed to you.

  • 14. Can I contact the vendors directly? 💬
